Xenofield is an AI-powered creative studio that enables users to generate images, videos, and other media using third-party AI models. Access to generation features requires purchasing credits.

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use Xenofield. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share your account credentials.

• Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when you generate content.
• Credits are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to change credit pricing with reasonable notice.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

You agree not to use Xenofield to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, or sexually explicit involving minors
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the platform or its APIs
• Use automated scripts to generate content at scale without prior written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit. Generated outputs are subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers (e.g., Kling AI via Kie.ai). By using Xenofield, you represent that you have the rights to any reference images or content you upload.

Xenofield, its branding, interface, and underlying software are the property of Xenofield and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Xenofield is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding uptime, generation quality, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated content may be unpredictable and we are not responsible for its accuracy or appropriateness.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xenofield shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
